Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

5 to 9 business days (depending on the destination country)

💸 Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on most orders.
If shipping costs apply, they will be clearly displayed before checkout.

🌐 Customs, Taxes, and Duties

For international shipments:

The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply in their country.
Linterko is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

⚠️ Delays or Issues

Although we work with reliable logistics providers, delays may occur due to external factors such as:

  • High shipping demand
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs procedures

In such cases, Linterko is not responsible for delays outside of its control, but we will provide customer support at all times.

Undelivered Orders or Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund is not guaranteed.

📦 Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not received:

You must contact us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution (reshipment or partial/full refund).
