At Linterko, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Return Request Period
You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and components
- Include proof of purchase or the order number
Returns requested outside this period may be refused, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the product.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
- In the case of international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or fees related to the return are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If the product:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a defect
- Or you receive the wrong item
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Where applicable, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A partial refund
- Or a full refund
This does not affect any mandatory legal rights applicable under consumer protection laws.
Condition of Returned Items
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product:
- Has been used
- Has been damaged by the customer
- Is not returned in its original packaging
- Is missing parts, accessories, or components
If a return is refused, the item may be sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used or altered by the customer
This section does not limit any statutory rights that may apply under local law.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you must:
- Request a return for the item received
- Place a new order separately
European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the product must be returned:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase
If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, the refund will include the original standard delivery cost, where required by applicable law. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer where permitted by law and where properly disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item:
- Our team will inspect it
- We will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- The process may take up to 10 business days
